Jason and Carlos are amazing. I brought my car to them after someone really messed it up and they were very thorough and made sure I left there with my car back in working order. They were friendly and professional. Very helpful and understanding. I've relocated to Macon, GA and moving forward no one else will work on my car except them. If they cannot fix it I am only trusting who they suggest I go to. Just an amazing group there.

I had an oil change appointment at 10am. I drove 50 miles and showed up at 9:50. They took my keys and walked to the back without saying a word. At 1:15pm, I left the waiting area to discover my car was still parked where I left it! 3 HOURS LATER!!! I asked for my keys back and told the “manager” to cancel my service… This location is AWEFUL!!! DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE ON RIVERSIDE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Five stars for the team at Firestone! I almost paid $1,200 at ALM CDJR for a wheel bearing, but I’m so glad I came here for a second opinion. They confirmed the issue, quoted me a fair price (under $350), and got me back on the road in hours. Professional, honest, and efficient. This is my new go-to spot in Macon!

This was my first time at Firestone in Macon. I was a walk in and was warmly welcomed by all office staff. I needed new tires and I was given a fair and reasonable quote. I decided to purchase the tires and the gentleman who greeted me immediately acted to begin the replacement. In a short time I was in my way with a smooth ride. Great experience here and I highly recommend this location and team. !
